Add dog parks, drinking water points, or veterinary clinics on the map to enhance your walk route.
Note: These points of interest remain strictly confidential and local to your pet profile.
Steps to follow:
- Open the Walks tool and start an activity or view the interactive map.
- Long-press any location on the map or tap Add Location (POI).
- Choose a point of interest category (Park, Clinic, Water Fountain, Temporary Danger).
- Name the point of interest, add explanatory notes, and tap Save to display the pin on the map using Apple's MapKit API.
Tip: You can enable proximity alerts to be notified when you approach a point of interest or danger zone.
