RUSSELL – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF SERVICE

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding, enforceable legal contract between you (“User”) and Serrapps (“Licensor”), the owner and developer of the mobile application RuSSell (collectively referred to as the “Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES & API KEYS

RuSSell is a privacy-focused RSS aggregator with iCloud synchronization. Certain Artificial Intelligence features, such as summaries or daily briefings, require the user to configure their own Google Gemini or OpenAI API keys. These keys are stored strictly locally in the system keychain and are never transmitted to Serrapps servers.

2. USER RESTRICTIONS

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or distribute the Application or any of its updates.

3. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

4. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France.
