Resolve database errors and repair SwiftData

Learn how to repair local health records in case of crashes or file corruption.

Note: If database repair fails, reinstall the application and import your last JSON backup.

Steps to follow:

  1. Go to Settings in OmniaVet and select **Diagnostics**.
  2. Scroll down to the **Database Integrity** section.
  3. Tap **Repair SwiftData** to initiate a local check and database recovery.
  4. The app executes a schema check, rebuilds corrupted indexes, and restarts database services.
Tip: Schedule regular JSON backups (HT10002) to prevent data loss in system lockups.
