Reset the application and erase all local data

Learn how to clear caches or wipe all records to restore factory settings.

Note: This action will also purge the corresponding synced SwiftData records from iCloud for this device.

Steps to follow:

  1. Open the app Settings page.
  2. Scroll to the very bottom and tap the red link labeled **Reset Application**.
  3. A system confirmation warning alert will slide up.
  4. To finalize this irreversible wipe, type the required passcode text 'RESET' and tap confirm. The database clears and the app shuts down.
Tip: Always export a JSON backup file (HT10002) before executing a reset if you want to preserve your records.
